- Previously served as Simantel’s director of client services
- Leads the agency in operations, human resources, finance, legal and IT
- Works to ensure, and continually improve, productivity, profitability and efficiency across the agency and for clients and partners
- Brand advocate for The First Response Team of America; has helped the organization secure partnerships with The Weather Channel, Lowe’s and Ram Trucks
- Supports local organizations and has served on boards for Keep Peoria Beautiful, America Marketing Association and EP!C

Tim grew up on a farm and graduated with a class of only 16 people. He also never drinks anything hot (he prefers iced tea for his caffeination needs).
