- Jillian oversees human resources, employee engagement, IT and operations to ensure our strategies, plans and procedures best support agency staff and client relationships
- Joined Simantel in 2006 as an account coordinator, also serving as senior project manager, director of project management and director of human resources
- Through her history in both client and agency work, Jillian brings a unique in-the-work perspective to her role as chief operations officer, including a core belief in nurturing a people-first work culture
- Serves on the board for LULA Peoria, a non-profit that provides street support, meal kits, emergency help and peer advocacy for those experiencing housing and/or food insecurity in the Peoria area
