As a farewell to the summer months, we fired up our smokers to see who at Simantel can smoke the tastiest meat. After a full day of slow-cooking, the live voting was underway. Simantellites voted with donated dollars for our Christmas Adopt-a-Family. The analytics team displayed live results and (drumroll) Clay Deal took home the golden pig for his smoke chicken wings.

And just like that our Third Annual Smoke on the Water event is offically a wrap. Here’s a video recap of the smoking, eating and fundraising (sorry, smells not included).
