- Has a multi-faceted background including a variety of copywriting, editing, strategy, information architecture, user experience, leadership and management consulting roles
- Has worked with some of the biggest names around on both the agency and brand side like MRM, McCann Worldgroup, General Motors, Caterpillar, Johnson & Johnson, Amway and the Environmental Protection Agency
- Is a member of The Information Architecture Institute
