That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that Dan Eizans, founder of The Eizans Group, has joined our team as Director of Customer Experience (CX). But that’s not all – we’ve also acquired all the intellectual property (IP) from The Eizans Group. Talk about a game-changing move!

Clients will now benefit from robust workshop frameworks for journey mapping, empathy mapping and ideation, as well as tools and templates for research and modeling, content strategy and UX. Dan will also support a variety of client needs for brand architecture, strategic planning, persona development and research.
