As we step into a new year, we want to take a moment to share our focus for the year ahead at Simantel. We are incredibly grateful for the trust our clients place in us as their marketing partner, and we are excited to continue building on the momentum we’ve created together.
Last year, we unveiled our redefined brand philosophy, The agency of and, which represents our commitment to solving business challenges collaboratively with our clients. At its core, “and” is about partnership—working together to create long-lasting relationships that drive meaningful outcomes. This philosophy has shaped not only how we approach our work for 40+ years and counting but also how we engage with our valued clients.
In 2024, we conducted a comprehensive research study with over 270 marketers, uncovering that “belonging” has emerged as one of the most valued and prioritized aspects of marketing today. (Findings from the full study coming soon.) This insight has inspired us to deepen our focus on creating a sense of belonging across every facet of our work:
- For our clients: Ensuring they see themselves as an integral part of the creative process, co-creating ideas and solutions that truly work for their business.
- For our team: Cultivating a workplace where our employees feel connected to one another and to the meaningful work they do every day.
- For our community: Strengthening the ties that bind us to Greater Peoria and beyond, contributing to the vibrancy and resiliency of the places we call home.
As we look to 2025, our focus is on value creation. We aim to add value through innovative ideas and create value in ways that didn’t exist before. This means approaching our work with intention and ensuring that every effort justifies the time, money and resources invested. It’s about generating outcomes that matter—for our clients, their business and their audiences.
To achieve this, we are doubling down on:
- Client Connectivity: Managing each account as if it were our only account, ensuring everyone feels seen, focused on and celebrated. At the same time, we’re encouraging our teams to share insights and learnings across accounts (confidentiality considered, of course), fostering a spirit of collaboration that benefits everyone.
- Skills Growth and Knowledge Sharing: Investing in our employees to help them grow in ways that directly benefit our clients’ business while also creating a ripple effect of shared expertise across our client portfolio.
- Industry and Peer Engagement: Continuing to immerse ourselves in the verticals where our clients operate, and leveraging partnerships like AMIN Worldwide to stay at the forefront of industry trends and sharing insights that drive growth for us all.
